It's great that you're here. Maybe you're here because you're stuck, sleeping poorly, or because you feel something needs to move. Whatever it is, you don't have to carry it alone.

 

I believe we all possess an inner self-healing capacity that we can awaken to help us find our own unique path. Sometimes that just requires some space, attention, and someone to walk with you for a bit.


In my own life I have experienced how important sleep is in times of physical or mental challenge,

and how my dreams have guided me time and again in my daily life and in making important decisions. I want to share those experiences and expertise with you.

 

As an integrative therapist, I work with conversation, experience, dreams, and sleep, always tailored to who you are and where you are now.

Integrative therapy

From an integrative perspective, we create space for the challenges holding you back. We draw from various therapeutic approaches, such as existential, solution-focused, and anthroposophical therapies, to create a personalized therapeutic journey. This way, we combine insights tailored to your needs, with the goal of bringing insight, healing, and lasting change.

Sleep therapy

Good sleep isn't a luxury; it's a necessary source of recovery for body, mind, and spirit. In sleep therapy, we'll work together to identify what's disrupting your sleep, whether it's persistent thoughts, tension in your body, or restless dreams. Using an integrative approach based on CBT-I, among other techniques, we'll gradually build a sleep that sustains, deepens, and nourishes you.

Dream work

Dreams speak in images where words sometimes fail. In dreamwork, I invite you to listen to what your nights have to say about desires, fears, and inner movements. Together, we'll explore the symbolism and meaning of your dreams, not to immediately explain them, but to experience them as signposts on your path to consciousness and healing.
