Alana as a therapist

What drives me is an endless curiosity about life and how we deal with it as individuals and society. I continue to be amazed at what resilient beings we are as humans. How we each develop in our own unique and creative way. And how big our impact is when we live from our strengths and talents.
As a therapist I will work in an inspired way with my passion for psychotherapy, spirituality and philosophy. In practice I try to connect insights from existential humanistic psychology and solution-oriented frameworks with insights from integrative health care.
One of the important values at practice Dualis is professionalism. Starting from a solid basic education, I commit myself to continue to invest in education, further education, inter- and supervision. In addition, I have built up expertise in working with individual, family, war-related trauma experiences and post-traumatic growth through various work contexts.
