When is therapy useful?

In the course of our lives we are all confronted with turbulent situations where things no longer go as we had thought or as we would like.

We may get the feeling that problems, challenges, experiences or moments of crisis threaten to overwhelm us.

 

You may be dealing with:

  • life circumstances that throw you off balance

  • a chronic or unexpected illness

  • or has this disease been diagnosed in someone you love?

  • traumatic events that continue to haunt you

  • the feeling of being stuck, of not being able to give direction to your life

  • the feeling of living a life that does not fulfill you enough

  • depression or melancholy that seems hopeless

  • a feeling of alienation from yourself and others

  • something that has been bothering you for a long time, perhaps even despite previous therapies

 

In short, the flow of your life is not flowing as you wish. At such moments, it is a real challenge to stand still and investigate how to proceed.
